Great experience as the waves rolled in! 

What was most interesting is the difference between breathing through the nose and the mouth. Breathing slowly through the mouth and I was ready to bail! Breathing through the nose and it seems “easyish”

Was actually less painful than 5 degrees (which seemed to ache my joints more)
