I’m on a mission to try one new thing a week in Colorado - part 55!  As someone with a permanent sweet tooth, getting to make my own chocolate at Bibamba felt a little dangerous! We learned the full bean-to-bar process, tasted a truly unreasonable amount of chocolate, and made our own custom bark creations.
