In conversation with drstacysims: a global expert in women’s health and performance, and one of our 2025 MECCA Prize recipients 💗 Dr. Sims dropped by MECCA HQ to chat energy levels, rest, recovery and why ‘women are not small men’.

And today, we proudly celebrate the launch of Dr. Sims’ free, evidence-based school program, Bodies, Bias and Belonging, supported by MECCA M-POWER and available now on Cool.org - because with 60% of girls dropping out of organised sport by 15, this program couldn’t be more needed.

Every girl deserves to understand how her body works - and to feel confident and connected in it. This program gives schools in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand the tools to make that happen - in the classroom and beyond.
