Things I have been up to in May 🌍👏🤌

… what a month 🥹 sometimes it’s hard to believe all this has happened 🫣 Busy life can be a good life 😌

Most importantly I have found some happiness and enjoyed each day🫶 

Combining travel and training can be hard, but I always focus on training consistently and even though it’s not always ideal training conditions, training can still work great👏 it’s just about the right attitude and treating each with a session focusing on the purpose 🤌

Another big month coming up in June with the hyroxworld in 2,5 weeks 🥹
