As a sophomore cadet, A’rya Smith (MMI ’26) served as #BandCompany Platoon Sergeant, completed the #ArmyROTC Early Commissioning Program, and earned a spot on the President’s List. Her hardest challenge at Marion? “The 12-mile ruck.” The easiest thing was making friends and enjoying herself. She’s taking the leadership experience she gained into her next educational step: a bachelor’s in biology to prepare for dental school.
