On a serious note this is actually something that seriously gets under my skin. We are so much more than the stereotypical hairdresser. Doing hair is NOT easy and anyone who says so is either lying or not in this profession. It takes dedication, passion, and long hours behind the chair to be a great stylist. There’s no room for “off days” in this industry. You have to know how to please EVERYONE in your chair with no excuses. That takes years of education and discipline. So, if it was as easy as playing with hair all day everyone would do it.
