the other day i had the opportunity to share my story with my phot group that my friend marksachetphoto and i created. 

i was able to share my struggles with grief, depression, and my story of my traumatic brain injury and how that allowed me to focus on true passion- creation. 

thank you to everyone who has taken a second out of their day to watch this or came to support mark and i at our photo group. i hope that my words help ONE PERSON. 

but remember to be kind to yourself, others, and IT GETS BETTER!!!
