❗️Jeep is bringing back one of its most beloved names, and this time the Scrambler is returning as a V-8-powered desert monster.

The 2028 Jeep Wrangler Scrambler is expected to be a two-door pickup truck with retro-inspired styling, removable roof panels, and a focus on high-speed off-road performance rather than traditional rock crawling.

An SRT version is expected to use the 6.4-liter 392 HEMI V8 producing at least 470 horsepower, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Unlike previous Wranglers, the Scrambler is expected to feature independent front suspension, improving stability and handling during high-speed desert driving.

The truck revives the legendary Scrambler name from the 1980s while adding a longer pickup bed and modern performance hardware.

Despite being a two-door model, it is expected to offer four seats and unique design solutions to maximize interior space.

Jeep reportedly moved forward with the project after years of enthusiast demand and positive reactions to its two-door truck concepts shown at Easter Jeep Safari events.

Pricing is expected to start around $90,000 and could approach $100,000 for the high-performance SRT model, positioning it as a halo vehicle for the Jeep brand.

With no direct competitors offering a compact two-door V8 off-road truck, the Scrambler could become one of the most unique enthusiast vehicles of the decade.

Would you take the 470-hp V8 Scrambler over a Ford Raptor R or Ram TRX if Jeep brings it to production?

What are your thoughts? 🤔💭
