Blue Diamond Hill is a 2,000-acre master-planned development sitting directly adjacent to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area on the western edge of the valley. The developer broke ground in early 2026, with 3,500 homes planned at price points ranging from $1.2M to $2.5M. 

This isn’t a community for everyone. It’s built for executive buyers California transplants with equity to move, retirees wanting a prestige address with real outdoor access, and second-home buyers who want Las Vegas without the Strip. 

Sales is expected to start in early 2027, but early buyers in Las Vegas master-planned communities consistently get first access to lot selection and pre-sale pricing. 

The views here aren’t distant mountains on the horizon, residents will be immediately adjacent to the protected sandstone cliffs and open conservation land that makes Red Rock one of the most visited landmarks in Nevada.
