"As I look back on my first year as CEO, I am grateful for the strong community that stands behind our mission to support adults with disabilities.

I grew up with a brother who has disabilities, so I know how challenging it can be after high school ends. Many adults lose daily friendships, and staying connected with others becomes harder. This can make people feel lonely or left out.

At Ken Anderson Alliance, we work every day to change that. Our programs help adults learn new skills, volunteer, work, create, and have fun with friends. These moments of connection help people feel valued, confident, and included.

Your support makes a real difference. Because of you, 50 adults take part in our programs every day, and 300 join us each month for job training, social outings, and activities they love. You help adults with disabilities grow, connect, and live full, happy lives.
