Here’s everything I carried through the streets of Oaxaca: My trusted Fuji camera, two DJI cameras, and a Field Notes notebook to jot down the names of every mezcal I tasted.

My “Compact” Travel Gear:
* Fujifilm X100VI - My main stills camera, it’s just a fun camera to travel with and has a discreet design that doesn’t scream tourist.
* Wide-angle Fuji Lens adapter - When you need that extra range. 
* DJI Osmo Pocket 3 - Compact, perfect for capturing quick moments, market walks, and everyday content.
* DJI Osmo Nano - An excellent action cam for POV shots, drone-style angles, or B-roll.
* iPhone 17 Pro Max - Don’t overlook its 8x zoom! 
* Field Notes - It’s nice to write your thoughts down.
* AirPods Pro 3 - To avoid people I don’t want to talk to.
* bellroy Venture Sling 10L - Not pictured, but it’s what I’ve been using recently.
