Most of my friends are just like me. They love sales, they love networking. And that is exactly why I do not hire them. A company needs finance people, bookkeepers, tech people, and operators.

When you are building a team, hire the right person for the job. That person may not be your friend. But if they are the right fit, that is what actually builds a company.
