Our CITs are 14- and 15-year-olds who are led in a cohort by 2 older, experienced staffers.

A lot of their work is behind-the-scenes like landscaping, helping with meals, setting up for activities, and cleaning facilities. For the rest of the day, they have Bible studies, a fun night, and free time to hang out!

David was a CIT the past 2 summers. Here’s why he recommends applying to be a counselor-in-training:

🌱”Being a CIT is such a great way to step into spreading the Word and serving others.

My two years as a CIT taught me so much about God’s word and gave me a strong community of believers the same age as me as well as great learning experiences with my CIT leaders.

I have so many memories of fun times and great discussions with my CIT group and leaders.”🌱

You can apply to be a CIT by visiting the “Work at Camp” page of our website (link in bio)

There are a limited number of CIT positions, and we’re reviewing the first round of applications starting January 31st! Don’t wait to apply!
