We're thrilled to announce Elisia as our manager of the month! Elisia has been working with us for a little more than 4 years now, and her journey has been nothing short of impressive, every step of the way. Elisia's coworkers rave about her strong desire to serve and help others, making her lovely to work alongside. 

When asked what her favorite part of the job is, she said it was the opportunity to train and develop her team as she gets to see them all reach their full potential. Looking to the future, Elisia aspires to become a Unit Director, and there is no doubt in our mind that she will do just that. Her hard work was recently recognized as one of our co-managers of the year at the 2024 Biscuit Banquet.
