## Caption

My neighbors were getting their roof replaced so I decided to cook for the crew. I always like cooking for service workers to show my appreciation for what they do.
 
Went with my smoked Italian beef sandwiches. They are easy to make and always come out delicious. You can find the full recipe on my website.
 
And the guys loved it! It was a  well deserved meal after a long day at work.
