I honestly didn’t expect to see so much in just 5 hours.

From Cheongnyeongpo, where King Danjong was exiled, to the Mini Korean Peninsula, the traditional raft ride, Jangneung UNESCO site, and even a quick stop for buckwheat pancakes at the local market, it felt like we packed an entire day into one afternoon.

If you’re visiting Yeongwol without a car, the Yeongwol Taxi Tour is honestly a must. Our driver wasn’t just a driver. He helped us with tickets, explained the history, and even translated into English so we could fully enjoy each stop.

And yes, if you’ve been watching The King’s Warden, you’ll definitely recognize some of these locations. It was surreal seeing them in real life.
