I dare Nickelodeon to make #Garfield muslim? If Velma, officially a lesbian, authorized by Warner Bros. Discovery (which owns Hanna-Barbera and the Scooby-Doo franchise) than Garfield can be a Muslim. 

By the way, all animals are Muslims! 

They says the Shahada (no other but ONE god only called Allah) daily and so as the plants, trees and birds at sunrise. If they could only talk, they'd tell you. It is a veil to test the believers from the disbelievers.

Today, I look around and see beloved characters increasingly redesigned to fit narrow cultural trends and #LGBTQ, while billions of people across the world still rarely see themselves reflected in mainstream entertainment like the 2 billion Muslims.

Why is it easy to imagine endless reinventions of classic characters as GAY, but unthinkable to imagine Garfield as a cool #Muslim cat? 

Why are some identity changes celebrated as creative, while others are treated as impossible?

Garfield belongs to the world now. The world is bigger than one culture.

Maybe that's what they're really afraid of.
