On Saturday, we linked up with allterrain95 and _wemovin to bring people together and encourage conversation about mental health.
 
It started with a 6K trail run through Rivington before landing back at basecamp for a cool down and panel discussion, sharing personal experiences and views on the positive impact of physical activity, being part of a community and spending time outdoors
 
A big thank you to all that came down.
