I am proud to nominate Lee McLaughlin for this Mother’s Day recognition. Lee is the true definition of a caring, selfless, and hard-working woman. From a young age, she poured her heart and soul into building a future not just for herself, but for her family, her employees, and her community.

Starting with a single small shoe store, Lee had the vision, determination, and tireless work ethic to grow her dream into a thriving business with multiple apparel boutiques and gift shops. Her journey is a powerful example of what passion, grit, and dedication can achieve. But her success isn’t just measured by the stores she’s opened — it’s in the lives she’s touched along the way.

Through her businesses, Lee has provided countless jobs to people in the community — from young students looking for their first opportunity to families seeking to support their own dreams. She has always been a cheerleader for her employees, investing her time, energy, and heart into helping them grow.
