In the 1995 comedy film Heavyweights, a group of plus-sized kids attend a specialized weight-loss camp, Camp Hope, only to find their beloved summer getaway upended when it is bought out by a tyrannical, fitness-obsessed guru. To save their summer and reclaim their joy, the campers must unite to overthrow their new leader and run the camp on their own terms.
