Not all real estate performs the same.

Some asset classes are facing serious headwinds right now:

🛍️ Regional Malls & Suburban Retail
🏨 Midscale & Budget Hotels
🏗️ Speculative Industrial (Secondary Markets)
🏘️ Oversupplied Sunbelt Multifamily

The common pattern is hard to ignore:

• Supply exceeded demand
• Consumer behavior permanently changed
• High interest rates exposed weak fundamentals
• Investors paid peak-cycle pricing
• Cash flow no longer supports the debt
