While best known for composing iconic scores for films like Batman, Beetlejuice, and The Nightmare Before Christmas, Danny Elfman also served as the frontman and songwriter for Oingo Boingo, with the band’s track “Flesh ‘n Blood” featured on the Ghostbusters II soundtrack.

Interestingly, Elfman revealed he was disappointed with how little of the song was used in the finished film. He explained that he had been led to believe “Flesh ‘n Blood” would be featured more prominently, only for a few bars to make it into the movie, remarking, “The only reason it’s there is as an excuse to put it on the album.”
