Phoenix McFarlane is now playing JUCO baseball at National Park College — but one of the biggest lessons he’s learned has nothing to do with stats.

“You’re going to go 0-4. You’re going to fail.”

⚾ Trust the work they’ve put in
⚾ Focus on the process instead of the results
⚾ Show up ready to compete again the next day
