This Creamy Cucumber & Tomato Salad is on our table at least three times a week! It’s refreshing, simple, and the perfect side dish for almost any dinner.

Ingredients:
* 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
* 3-4 Persian cucumber, sliced
* ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
* 1–2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
* 2 tbsp sour cream
* 2 tbsp mayonnaise
* Salt to taste

Mix everything together and serve immediately.
