All jokes aside 😂 these Crispy Big Mac Wraps will definitely curb that Big Mac craving. They have all the classic flavors inspired by the McDonald’s favorite, wrapped up in a crispy tortilla for the perfect easy weeknight dinner. Try them and let me know what you think! 

Ingredients:

For the Beef:

* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 2 tsp yellow mustard

For the Big Mac Sauce:

* ¾ cup mayonnaise
* 3 tbsp sweet relish
* 3 tsp yellow mustard
* 1–2 tbsp pickle juice
* ¾ tsp garlic powder
* ¾ tsp onion powder
* ¾ tsp paprika
* 2 tbsp finely diced white onion
* 1 tsp sugar

For the Wraps:

* Large burrito-size tortillas
* 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
* ½ medium white onion, finely diced
* Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
* Dill pickle slices

Directions:

1. Add the ground beef to a skillet and break it apart. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and yellow mustard. Cook until browned with some crispy bits throughout.
2. In a small bowl, mix together all of the Big Mac sauce ingredients until well combined.
3. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of sauce across the lower third of the tortilla.
4. Top with the ground beef, cheddar cheese, diced onion, lettuce, and pickles.
5. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling. Fold in both sides, then gently flip the wrap forward. Repeat one more time until you have a compact rectangular wrap.
6. Place seam-side down in a skillet and toast on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
7. Slice in half and serve with extra Big Mac sauce on the side.
