🏀 BEFORE THE NBA FINALS, REMEMBER THIS:

The biggest champion in John Starks’ life wasn’t on the basketball court.
It was his mother.
In my interview with Knicks legend John Starks at Ottis “OJ” Anderson’s Celebrity Charity Golf Classic, he shared how his mother was his rock. He watched her struggle every day to support the family, yet she never complained. Her strength taught him how to stay mentally and physically tough through life’s toughest moments.
Even after one of the lowest points of his career in Game 7, he found a way to keep moving forward.
A powerful reminder that resilience is built long before the spotlight finds you.

Behind every great athlete is someone who believed in them first.

Resilience. Perseverance. Heart. That’s what made John Starks a legend.
