Spent the evening learning how to pull the perfect espresso shot at Ministry of Coffee’s Home Barista workshop ☕️

From coffee origins and water quality to espresso tools, workflow, and milk steaming techniques, this class breaks down everything you need to feel more confident making café-style drinks at home.

We also got to taste different coffees and get hands-on with the same machines used to make everyone’s drinks at their downtown location!

And yes… my latte art is basically “professional” now. I will be taking compliments and challenges in the comments. Think you can outdo mine? 👀
