Who says I’m not qualified?

If someone told me I’d be speaking at a major Data and AI Summit when I first started my snowboard career… It would’ve been hard to believe.

Well, yesterday I had the opportunity to speak at _snowflake_inc Summit and share my journey with an incredible audience. Grateful to Snowflake for the opportunity.

The funny thing is, while the industries may be different, success usually isn’t. The same grit, resilience, and determination that took me from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to Olympic gold are the same qualities that drive success in business, technology, and life.

No matter what goal you’re chasing: show up, outwork expectations, adapt, and refuse to quit.
