Bench Worlds Recap: 57kg Junior Bench World Champion 🇺🇸 🥇 Warsaw, Poland 🇵🇱 

My first time stepping on the world stage in two years, and my heart is full. ❤️

It was NOT an easy journey getting here 😭 I was sick for 2 months, and really only got 3 solid weeks of prep done with a strained rib cage. I had to go through a pretty nasty weight cut leading up to the competition. Despite all the challenges, we got the job done. 🫶🏻

I definitely had a lot more in the tank, but honestly just wanted to hit all three benches and secure the win with how my body has been feeling.
