You know the drill, here’s what we’ve been up to.

1. Joists are up on a historical home we’re rebuilding from the inside out.

3. Zellige tile in the bathroom made a big impact in the space.

4. Installing new red oak flooring requires a lot of sanding to ensure smooth floors and a perfect seam.

5. These windows reached the end of their lives, so it was time for a replacement.
 
6. Fire-rated windows are required for meeting code in high rise buildings. We’ve been making sure everything we do at this remodel keeps the homeowners and everyone else in their building safe.
