sweet heat ribs 🤤

These fall off the bone ribs will be on repeat all summer long. 🍯🌶️🔥

RECIPE

Ingredients:
- 2-3 lbs Short Ribs (bone-in or boneless)
- 2 Tbsp Dry Rub of choice
- 1/4 cup Yellow or Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (for rubbing)
- 1/2 cup Mike’s Hot Honey, plus extra for drizzling
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (for sauce)

1. Prep the Ribs: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Pat the short ribs dry. Apply the 1/4 cup of mustard evenly over the ribs.

2. Apply the Rub and Oil: Liberally coat the mustard-rubbed ribs with the Dry Rub of choice. Drizzle or spray the ribs with 2 Tbsp of olive oil.

3. Bake: Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.

4. Make the Glaze: While the ribs cook, combine the 1/2 cup Mike’s Hot Honey, Worcestershire Sauce, and 2 Tbsp of olive oil in a small bowl. Mix well to create the glaze/sauce.

5. Glaze and Finish: Carefully remove the ribs from the oven and unwrap the foil. Drain off any accumulated liquid. Brush or drizzle the glaze generously over the ribs. Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and cook for another 10–15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.

6. Serve: Remove the ribs from the oven. For an extra kick and shine, drizzle generously with extra Mike’s Hot Honey before serving.
