Creamy Cajun salmon croquettes recipe⬇️

**For veggies
2 tsp salt 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp black pepper 
6 oz frozen Cajun mirepoix 
6 oz frozen mixed bell peppers 
4 cloves minced garlic 

**For croquettes 
1 tbsp garlic powder 
1 tbsp onion powder 
1 tbsp black pepper 
1 tbsp Old Bay 
1/2 cup of mayo 
1 whole sleeve of Ritz crackers
2 cans of salmon (about 30 oz)
2 eggs 

**Sauce 
1/4 cup of oil 
6 oz of Cajun mirepoix 
6 oz of mixed bell peppers 
1/4 cup flour 
1.5 cups chicken broth 
3/4 cups half & half 
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional) 
1 tsp Old Bay 
Salt to taste
