Last night, a room full of people in Gadsden,  Alabama fell asleep together.

Gadsden, Alabama you showed up and showed out! Your excitement about this session made me so excited.
 
One woman realized she was breathing deeply again, and kept returning to her breath over and over.

A gentleman came up afterward and hugged me and shared about his beautiful experience.

Another woman said this was exactly what she needed. And in our community sharing, she said that that was exactly what she needed to hear. 

This was only one session. Imagine the cumulative results from going to multiple! Gadsden this is just the beginning. ❤️
