The Adams Cup, Third Edition, Part 1.

A Ryder Cup-style event -  6 American buddies v. 6 Euro buddies.  Bragging rights only.  Alternating continents each year.  Daily fit checks.  2-inch porterhouses.  Gale-force winds.  Major Championship host courses.  Tight matches.  Lost balls.  Hangry sheep.  Brotherhood.

Whistling Straits was a perfect fit for a wild and epic third Adams Cup.  5 layers on top, three on the bottom, only to finish in shorts and a tee chasing sunlight and birdies.  Now home to my second-best bunker shot I've ever hit.  Only offthemownpath knows.

Grateful for the boys inviting us along to rip cameras and hangs.  Bring on Barcelona.
