As athletes, we value results. Unapologetically, I love great results. But often the “Results” are merely the pieces of the process coming together. Sometimes that process reveals itself in different ways. NCAAs 🏊🏼‍♂️ taught me this in 22’, but especially 23’

Enjoy the little things, for one day we may look back & realize they were the big things.
