Food Freedom! Today I was proud to sign HB26-1033 - Expanding the Colorado Cottage Foods Act, which supports home chefs across Colorado and helps bring them out of the shadows so they can feed more Coloradans their delicious foods!

This signing is truly a celebration of Colorado cuisine, our strong community connections, and the commitment of these business owners. Thank you to the amazing chefs who joined us today, as well as Mariachi Internacional for the incredible performance.
