T-minus 3️⃣sleeps until #CST2026!

During #AdvancedCamp, cadets work together in teams to navigate the Field Leader’s Reaction Course. 

The FLRC is designed to develop and evaluate leadership, and to build teamwork early in the training cycle at #CadetSummerTraining. Teams navigate a number of courses, with very specific and yet minimal instruction to promote active leadership opportunities within each cadet. 

Cadre certified as observer-controller-trainers (OCTs) evaluate cadet’s leadership potential. Once they’ve completed the course, cadets are provided with an opportunity to receive feedback on their leadership strengths, weaknesses, styles, and techniques from the evaluation.
