Take a deep breath and look at your syllabus. If you are panicking right now trying to figure out how to cram chemistry, history, and math into a single afternoon, I need you to stop. Trying to give 100% to every class every single day is exactly why you are exhausted and making zero progress. Let's fix it.

The biggest lie the traditional school system teaches you is that every subject deserves equal time. If you want to survive a massive syllabus without burning out, you have to stop frantically switching between subjects every twenty minutes.

In this video, I’m giving you advice you actually need to balance your classes. I’m going to show you how to distribute your brain power (not just your hours), how to group your subjects so you don't scramble your brain, and how to use the "Anchor Subject" method when you are completely out of time.
You don't need to grind 14 hours a day to pass your classes. You just need a system that actually respects your human capacity, so you can get your work done and still have time to just sit on your couch and do absolutely nothing.

What we are covering today:
- Why "panic pivoting" is destroying your momentum.
- The Myth of Equal Time (Why 2 hours of math does not equal 2 hours of history).
- The Block Rotation System: How to stop scrambling your brain.
- The Transition Buffer: The lazy way to actually absorb information.
- The Anchor Subject: Exactly what to do when you have zero time left.

✍️ ABOUT ME:
I started my TikTok early 2023 to help others gain their confidence in learning. When I first started my academic comeback journey, I struggled to find the resources and help that I needed. I went from an E to an A* within 3 months just to fall back down to an E, but I picked myself up and I’ve been an academic weapon for 5 years as a Chemical Engineering student! If i can do it, you can too!
