We finally tried the viral tableside chicken parm at OLIVIA 🔥🍝

Chicken parm connoisseurs, this one is for you. olivia_modernitalian continues to make our foodie dreams come true (at both the St. Pete and Tampa locations). 

This time with a cascade of melted mozzarella, fontina, pecorino, parmesan, and homemade vodka sauce onto a perfectly crispy chicken. Did we cry? A little. It was THAT good.

WHAT TO ORDER: “Chicken Parmesan Special”. The new Carbonara Bucatini = also phenom.

PRO TIP: Get there early! Their summer specials are limited each day and only available for a limited time.
