The best pace is a suicide pace and today looks like a good day to die - PRE 

The last big push before worlds was an epic one! In one week’s time I set every record I had been working on during my prep. 
1. In this video I hit 398 with thetreigninglab on my 20 minute test 
2. Broke my sim PR 
3. My 100lb wall ball test 
4. My 30 minute 70% run test 
5. Both of my mountain loop trail PRs 

Regardless of what happens at world championships I am the fittest I have ever been and I’m proud of that. I painted a masterpiece. The prep was everything I could have asked for and I had a blast while doing it. 

I have said this before. Book end training is the path. This will allow you to destroy everything between! #bicepswinraces
