Bomb technicians were seen searching a car on the Eisenhower Expressway in Chicago's western suburbs, with the Cook County Bomb and Arson Squad setting up on the east side of the road. Part of the expressway was shut down in both directions for miles as police and bomb technicians investigated the "active incident." Video showed traffic diverted and the expressway cleared of cars as police stand by.
