Arizona didn’t become a state until 1912, but some of its most iconic restaurants were already serving customers decades before that. 🌵

From Tombstone saloons to Prescott landmarks, several spots on this list have been around since the Wild West. The Palace Restaurant & Saloon (1877) and Big Nose Kate’s (1880) have survived territorial days, statehood, wars, recessions, and Arizona’s massive growth.

Pretty wild that you can still grab a meal in places that were open before Arizona was even a state.
