Akira Back has arrived in Ottawa, and the opening night at the Fairmont Château Laurier was next-level delicious! ✨🍣 I had an incredible time experiencing it all!

The vibes, the elegance, the exquisite food. Everything was simply delightful.

It was a five-course meal that we savoured over three hours! Everything was absolutely delicious, but my top three were:
* Salmon tataki
* Seared seabass
* Perfect Storm signature roll

Chef Akira Back is a Michelin-starred chef known for blending Japanese cuisine with bold Korean flavours. 

He has a global presence with over 20 restaurants around the world, and now Ottawa gets a taste of his signature style! Simply awesome! 👏👏👏

Definitely one to add to your Ottawa must-try list.
