Winterlude, Ottawa’s famous winter festival, kicks off this Friday, Jan 30! ❄️

Are you ready to leave hibernation mode for the next three weekends??

Seriously, you have to make plans to take part in Winterlude. The events are amazing! There’s so much to see and enjoy in Ottawa all the way until February 16.

Check out this roundup of the most popular Winterlude events you won’t want to miss. All of them are all-ages and FREE (**except the Nordic Race).

Things to know:

🚍 Sno-Bus
This free shuttle runs on weekends from the ByWard Market to Jacques Cartier Park in Gatineau, where Snowflake Kingdom is located.
Highly recommended, as parking at Jacques Cartier Park is very limited.
* Saturdays & Sundays: 10am–5:30pm
* Monday, Feb 16: 10am–3pm
* Frequency: Every 15 minutes

This huge snow playground is the most visited Winterlude site.

Weekend 1 (Jan 30–Feb 1)
* Friday, Jan 30: 4pm–9pm
* Saturday, Jan 31: 9am–9pm
