Strength starts in the spirit. When your mind says quit, God says keep going. When your body feels weak, His power shows up stronger. Fueled by faith. 👏🏼

Grateful for the energy, the people, and the presence that filled the room. We had SO many new faces and that’s what fires us up the most. We’re here to grow God’s kingdom one life, one rep, one yes at a time. 

Our bodies were pushed to the limit and our faith was pushed even further. Shoutout to @theyardgym___westnashville for giving us the space to host the FIRST EVER group fitness event on their new turf and setting the stage for such a hype workout 😤
