Sometimes the best ideas start from the most random moments.

janna.yurievna was sitting on the stairs, listening to music, probably relaxing after workshop and I suddenly had this vision in my head:

“Kizomba on stairs.”

At first even she was like,

“Wait… are we really doing this?” 😭

But I kept explaining the idea. starting with slow grounded Kizomba energy, controlled walks, subtle connection, then slowly blending it into Urbankiz and Tarraxo textures, musicality, freestyle, and whatever the music naturally gives us in the moment.

No choreography.
No overplanning.

Just feeling, trust, and movement.

Funny thing is, we actually recorded the first version while she was still in gym wear and shorts🙂‍↔️

The dance already felt amazing, smooth, organic, emotional.

But then we both looked at each other and knew:

“Nope. This deserves better visuals.”

So she went back, changed the outfit, came again . and suddenly everything matched the energy perfectly.

And honestly…

what happened after that felt special.

Watching someone like janna.yurievna move is different.

You can clearly feel why she is one of the biggest names in Tarraxo right now. ( Queen of Tarraxo )

The control.
The textures.
The musicality.

The way she balances softness and power together.

Even while dancing Kizomba concepts on stairs, she adapted so naturally and made everything feel effortless.

I also loved hearing more about her approach to movement, freestyle, body control, hips control, musicality, and improvisation, which honestly explains why her online courses help so many dancers around the world.

This entire video felt like two different dance worlds meeting in one moment:

Kizomba connection × Tarraxo expression.

And somehow…the stairs became part of the dance too.

Maybe one of the most unique concepts I’ve ever shot.

And probably one of my favorite social dance memories from bailar_conmigo2026 🇮🇳✨
