We are absolute suckers for a good sandwich and NYC really has 500 tiny hole-in-the-wall spots just casually serving life changing food 😂🥖

Found this little spot in China town in New York City, called Saigon Vietnamese Sandwich Deli and went in expecting “just a sandwich”…

Left thinking about it the entire day 😭

We tried:
🥪 Lemongrass “chicken” bánh mì made with tofu
🥪 Curry “chicken” bánh mì made with tofu

Can you beat sandwiches that are also high in protein

Both were SO flavorful, crunchy, fresh, and they even asked if we wanted it spicy 🌶️ (obviously yes)
