Three years ago today, the Orlando Magic made three trades that effectively ended the post-Dwight Howard era rebuild. 

Within the span of an hour and a half, the #Magic dealt — at the time — franchise cornerstones #NikolaVucevic, #AaronGordon and #EvanFournier at the 2021 trade deadline. (It was in March due to the pandemic season)

In return, Orlando acquired #WendellCarterJr, #OttoPorterJr, #GaryHarris, #RJHampton, and two first round picks that turned into #FranzWagner and #JettHoward. Shoutout to Magic legend #JeffTeague, too!

Subsequently, this kickstarted a new era of Magic basketball. They may be small blips of transactions in league history, but it was practically earth-shattering in Orlando…

… and the rest is history.
