The latest trade buzz for Orlando with the deadline just two days away… 🗞️➡️

➤ League personnel were under the impression that the #Magic were in search of acquiring veteran floor generals, leading them to believe #ChrisPaul and #KyleLowry were targets. “Those whispers don’t seem to be accurate. Perhaps Orlando would look to add Lowry if [he] does reach the buyout market… The same goes for Paul...” 

➤ Regarding the team’s rumoured pursuit of wing help, “the Magic are certainly in need of perimeter [offense], it seems Orlando won’t consider upgrades there either, sources said, unless it considers that long-range threat a sheer positive on the other side of the floor as well. #KevinHuerter, for example, is not on the Magic’s wish list.”

➤ Essentially, Orlando won’t pursue any one-dimensional players. They need to be efficient on both ends of the floor.
