𝗢𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼’𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝘀. 𝗨𝘁𝗮𝗵 ⤵️

➤ As of late, #PaoloBanchero has elevated his game in the latter halves of his outings. He’s frequently getting to the line (7-11 FT tonight) and is showing zero hesitation on his drives. His 3PT shot, while still shaky, still looks fairly solid as his confidence is at an all-time high (3 3PM tonight). Through our last 4 games, P5 has averaged 16.3 PTS in the second half. 
 ➤ 22 PTS v. CHA on 3/3
 ➤ 10 PTS v. POR on 3/5
 ➤ 14 PTS v. MIL on 3/7
 ➤ 19 PTS v. UTA on 3/9

➤ #MarkelleFultz played like a No. 1 pick tonight. Whether he was facilitating or scoring, his impact (particularly down the stretch) is immeasurable. Losing #JonathanIsaac definitely took its toll on this offense, but it would be foolish to think that Fultz isn’t this team‘s most valuable player right now. 

➤ #FranzWagner is such a special complementary pillar to this Magic core. If he, a sophomore wing with tremendous 3+D capabilities and the scoring to prove it, were on any big-market team, he’d have been an All-Star. While he’s not racking up hustle stats (1 REB/1 AST/1 STL), he’s moulding into his role at a steady rate, giving the Magic a deep ball threat with incredible length. Even with #LauriMarkkanen assigned to him most of the night, he prevailed and went bucket-for-bucket with the Jazz’s lone All-Star. 

➤ Breaking news! Sometimes it takes more than their rookie season for a young player to flourish! Of course I’m not surprised with #JalenSuggs’ recent success (15+ PTS in 3 of last 5). He’s flourished as the Magic’s primary, late-game, go-to defender. His shot is finally coming along, too. 

➤ As for the rest of the squad, #BolBol continues to struggle from the field as his shot-taking has taken a significant dip (3.8 PTS in MAR vs. 9.6 PTS this season) this month. Mosley doesn’t seem to prioritize him in the offense, which isn’t a significant issue, it just means he needs to prove he can make minimal errors and smart choices on the court. Maybe #GogaBitadze needs his minutes. Play #ChumaOkeke.
